Educational Assistance Program

The Conley Foundation offers educational scholarships to graduating high school seniors and undergraduate students residing in the counties of Lancaster and Northumberland, Virginia.

The Conley Foundation accepts applications until June 15th of each year.

Scholarship Application Checklist

Please make sure the following items are included in your submission. Unfortunately, incomplete applications cannot be considered.

• Completed application form
• A copy of your SAT score and high school transcript OR most recent college transcript. Only your most recent information will be acceptable.
• Two Written Personal Recommendations – Please provide two letters from a teacher, school official, or other reliable sources, with their contact information. Only recommendations dated within the past year will be acceptable.

Charitable Grants

The Conley Foundation provides grants to non-profit (501c3) organizations that serve the residents of Lancaster and Northumberland Counties.

• Letter of request outlining your organization’s current needs
• Annual budget statement
• IRS letter verifying 501c3 tax status
