The Conley Foundation provides grants to non-profit (501c3) organizations that serve the residents of Lancaster and Northumberland Counties.
The Conley Foundation accepts applications until June 15th of each year.
Grant Application Checklist
Please make sure the following items are included in your submission:
• Letter of request outlining your organization’s current needs
• Annual budget statement
• IRS letter verifying 501c3 tax status
